Job Description: - AML & KYC Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the AML/KYC team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough reviews and collections of AML/KYC documentation.
Initiate and perform risk assessments, conducting ongoing due diligence on identified transactions.
Review, escalate, or resolve alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems.
Analyze transaction data to detect and investigate suspicious activities, providing detailed narrative summaries to support decision-making.
Develop and implement AML/KYC policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on AML/KYC regulations and best practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and trends, and ensure the team is informed of any changes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to AML/KYC compliance.
