Coleman Consulting Group LLC are looking for Construction Managers/Construction Inspectors to deploy for disaster recovery projects.
Conduct inspections at sites and facilities damaged by disasters to determine and document the extent of disaster related damages.
Measure facilities and components of facilities using the most efficient tools
Document grant applicants damage claims through a Site Inspection Report (SIR), a Damage Description and Dimensions (DDD) and by capturing Essential Elements of Information (EEI).
Compile documentation and enters data into FEMAs Grant Manager software. Experience in EMMIE, CostWorks and RSMeans is a plus.
Provides customer service to assigned applicants throughout the PA grant management process.
Coordinates with numerous stakeholders, such as recipients and subrecipients, to complete PA grants
Provides good customer service to applicants through prompt follow-up and a professional demeanor.
5+ years experience as a Building Inspector, Construction Manager, or related position.
Prior experience working FEMA Public Assistance programs. IA will not be substituted for PA projects.
