About the team:
Amazon’s Marketplace connects over 2 million businesses, big and small, to millions of Amazon Customers. Amazon's External Fulfillment (EF) team empowers businesses who ship from their own warehouses (Merchant Fulfillment Network - MFN) with fulfillment and transportation technology that drives Customer demand generation, streamlines warehouse operations, and provides domestic/international transportation solutions to deliver with speed and reliability to Customers.

About the role:
EF is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the transportation charter for Amazon Business MFN, a multi-billion dollar and rapidly growing business. In this role, you will shape the future of B2B external fulfillment by working backwards from enterprise Customer requirements to drive the technical vision and implementation plan for transportation solutions across global marketplaces.

You will leverage External Fulfillment's existing solutions while identifying opportunities for new capabilities to meet evolving B2B needs. Working with global stakeholders, you will drive end-to-end improvements in both Customer Delivery Experience and Seller shipping experience across domestic and cross-border shipments. Your charter includes launching these solutions on Seller Central, defining the developer experience through APIs, and driving partnerships with key third-party software providers worldwide.

This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen to drive adoption at scale. You will collaborate with multiple teams including WW EF, Amazon Business, Marketplace teams, ShipTech, and commercial teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience technical product management
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in the e-commerce space or a consumer facing product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
