Responsibilities Develop and optimize NGS library prep methods. Manage project timeline and leverage internal resources to push project forward. Generate, analyze, interpret and present data to a broader team. Closely communicate with other teams to ensure smooth tech transfer Qualifications D. degrees in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related fields. > 3 years of relevant experience in developing scalable NGS workflow in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Direct experience in designing customized library preps across different high-throughput sequencing platforms. (Illumina, ONT) Broad molecular biology and microbiology knowledge with the ability to apply scientific interpretation to solve problems. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in using and building both standard and customized bioinformatics pipeline.
