Direct Counsel is representing a national law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Denver office . This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to work on complex transactions for sophisticated clients in a collaborative and dynamic environment .
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in:
Middle-market and lower-middle-market M&A transactions.
Private equity transactions .
Experience with outside general counsel work is a plus but not required.
Candidates should also possess:
Strong academic performance .
Superb communication skills .
A proven track record of success in a law firm environment.
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
JD required ; Colorado bar admittance preferred .
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $215,000 - $238,000 (based on experience).
Eligibility for an hours-based and discretionary bonus based on performance.
