Position Overview: The Camp Counselor is the primary caregiver for each camper. The incumbent is a member of the cabin staff team responsible for campers in an assigned cabin and a specific chalet group within that cabin. You will be responsible for the same cabin group for 2-4 weeks. The role is responsible for modeling behavior and teaching campers personal growth and daily living skills while maintaining a safe environment for campers and co-workers. Though incredibly challenging, this opportunity is one of the most rewarding experiences one may have.
