Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Specialist to join our team on-site in Arizona. This role focuses on configuring the ServiceNow platform based on templates developed by our Process Improvement Team. It also involves enhancing SharePoint functionality and supporting Microsoft Teams integration.
Responsibilities:
- Configure ServiceNow based on templates and guidelines provided by the Process Improvement Team
- Tailor configurations to address specific organizational requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply template standards accurately
- Enhance SharePoint capabilities for improved user experience and performance
- Assist with transitioning information from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow and SharePoint users
- Troubleshoot configuration and user issues
- Maintain thorough documentation for all configurations and system processes
- Monitor performance and ensure smooth platform operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience configuring ServiceNow
- Understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and features
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its SharePoint integration
