We’re looking for a *driven and analytical SEO Specialist* to help elevate our clients’ online presence through smart, data-driven strategies. At Brawn Media, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of account managers, content creators, web developers, and digital strategists—all dedicated to helping businesses grow.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of hands-on SEO experience and a curiosity for how people search, how websites work, and how data tells a story.
*What You’ll Do*
* Collaborate with content writers and account managers to shape clients’ SEO strategies
* Conduct keyword research to inform content direction and campaign planning
* Perform comprehensive SEO audits (technical and content) and provide prioritized, actionable recommendations to improve rankings and visibility
* Optimize meta data, internal linking, site structure, and local listings
* Assist with content optimization and editorial SEO improvements
* Develop and test link-building strategies that are creative and compliant
* Monitor keyword rankings, site performance, and user behavior
* Prepare custom reports and insights using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools
*Reporting & Analytics*
* Build monthly performance reports with clear insights and opportunities
* Interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and more
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to internal teams and support client-facing communication when needed
*What You Bring*
* 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a big plus)
* Knowledge of GA4
* Experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce
* Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how technical SEO impacts visibility
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts at once
* Organized, detail-oriented, and always curious about new SEO trends
*Bonus Points If You Have*
* Google Analytics certification or similar credentials
* Experience with local SEO and directory management tools (Yext, Moz Local, etc.)
* Understanding of content marketing and user intent
