Responsibilities Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable CAM pool reconciliations Security deposit tracking Forecasting and budgeting modules Inputting and interpreting HUD/closing statements Requirements 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity or property/fund accounting Ability to work underneath a Controller, directly supporting operational workflows Strong attention to detail with hands-on execution rather than oversight-only roles Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic, scaling environment Fund Accounting & Real Estate Investment Accounting knowledge Familiar with asset-level and entity-level accounting Experience with Fund-level reporting and allocations Advanced Yardi experience is required Experience with real estate closing documentation We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
