Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly and quarterly closing of credit fund, maintaining shadow books to support the administrator’s official records.
• Prepare and review quarterly financial statements for fund entities and balance sheet portfolios to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, including performance, valuation, exposure, attribution, and counterparty analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Oversee position and cash reconciliations for balance sheet portfolios
• Coordinate annual audited financial statements by working closely with administrators and providing necessary supporting documentation to the audit team.
• Partner with the Tax department to manage quarterly tax estimates, annual tax filings, and other tax-related projects.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting, Finance or related.
• 3-5+ years of public accounting or in alternative asset management space
• Exposure to investments or partnership accounting
