Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Worker (Weekend) Responsibilities Set up and assign daily work schedules and expectations for the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe plant environment. Ensure employees are trained in safety, quality, job skills, and company policies. Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks. Assemble coils using MicroChannel extrusions, fins, and headers. Stack tubes and fins according to production order requirements. Measure and monitor fin quality and specifications. Perform pressure testing on coils and record results. Prepare coils for brazing furnace and install fittings as needed. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 2 years of general labor experience. Verified good attendance record. 2 years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided). High School Diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in shipping, packaging, assembly, and machine operating. Why Work Here?
