As a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist , you’ll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, guiding evidence-based medication therapy and shaping the future of oncology pharmacy through education, collaboration, and innovation.

• 👩️‍⚕️ Collaborate & Round : Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver guideline-directed, evidence-based medication therapy.
• 📚 Educate & Inspire : Mentor pharmacy students and residents, fostering the next generation of oncology pharmacists.
• 🧠 Lead & Influence : Contribute to the development of institutional policies and clinical guidelines.
• 🤝 Engage & Represent : Participate in local and system-wide committees, bringing your oncology expertise to the table.

• 🎓 PharmD from an accredited institution.
• ✅ Clinical Oncology Experience in an inpatient setting (required).
• ⭐ Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or 3–5 years of oncology experience (preferred).
• 📋 Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio or eligible for registration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
