Seeking a General Manager to lead a pet care center in the U.S. and surrounding areas, dedicated to creating a healthier, brighter future for pets, pet parents, and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team, focusing on exceptional guest service, sales growth, and animal welfare.
• Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, merchandising, safety, and financial performance, ensuring adherence to standards and profitability.
• Promote safety, maintain a professional environment, and lead community engagement events.
• Drive continuous improvement, employee development, and uphold a strong brand image.
• Note: This role requires management experience and the ability to lead and inspire a team; experience in retail management and a valid drivers license are preferred.
