The base pay for this position is $121,000 - $137,500 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager for our Pricing team covering Wayfairs Canadian business. In this role, youll own strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term margins. Youll use advanced analytics and financial modeling to drive key decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership. Based in our Boston office, you will work on a four-member team (with 1-2 analyst direct reports) and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive growth and profitability.
This is a hybrid position located in our Boston HQ. M - Th are in office and Friday's are remote.
