As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) at Headway, you can operate a private practice remotely, ensuring access to mental health care through insurance credentialing and hassle-free billing. You'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and grow your client base with ongoing marketing support and patient referrals. Supported by a community dedicated to improving mental health access, you can offer care via telehealth or in-person consultations, empowering both you and your patients in the process.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)

Wage: Between $115-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
