Counselors are supported in managing private practices with streamlined insurance processes and marketing help, enabling enhanced patient care. This role allows for a balance of professional autonomy and community connection, with services provided remotely and in-person as per the clinician's preference.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
