Position Overview:

The Legal Assistant position will be responsible for supporting attorneys in commercial litigation and labor & employment groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in using document management systems and other office software
Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a legal assistant at a law firm is a must
Experience with employment, commercial litigation, and/or class action is a plus
Strong knowledge of e-filing on both state and federal courts
