Christian Schools is located in Dublin, California, just 45 minutes due east of San Francisco.

Brave Christian Schools is an independent school
preparatory school system, focusing on Christian Education for preschool through grade 12.
The Schools have been in operation for over 40 years and contain a preschool program
serving students aged 2 through Pre-K; elementary is Transitional Kindergarten through 5th
grade; Middle School serves grades 6 through 8; and High School is grades 9 through 12.
Our enrollment is at approximately 800 students, which provides us growth opportunities,
which we are looking to the right person to optimize through our mission, our core values, our
Statement of Faith, our Strategic Plan and our Expected School Wide Learning Results
(ESLRs).
We are seeking teachers who are life-long learners, enthusiastic about their subject matter, passionate about
students, and eager to teach from a holistic, interdisciplinary, Christian worldview.

ABOUT THE POSITION(S)
Brave Christian Elementary School is accepting applications for our Kindergarten position.
Our teachers shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will
contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. The teacher is to
provide a college preparatory education from a Christian worldview that will equip students
with the skills to flourish spiritually, excel academically, succeed vocationally and thrive
relationally in order to further God’s kingdom on earth.
The teacher needs to be patient with all students and parents. Organization is an essential
quality because grade books, assignments, grading scales, lesson plans, and conferences are
all necessary to ensure student success and achievement. They will also need to be a positive
influence on the students and believe in every child in their classroom.
Open communication with parents, principal, and other teachers is necessary to have a
successful working relationship and to ensure the success of the student. Keeping to the duty
schedule and reporting on time for any extra duties before or after school is also necessary.
The teacher shall be a born-again Christian, a college graduate, hold a teaching certificate
and believe God has called them to the teaching profession. The candidate should hold or be
willing to apply for an ACSI Certificate before or shortly after being hired. The Board, as
deemed appropriate, may add other qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be able to incorporate differentiated instruction in the classroom.
They will be able to collaborate with other teachers and teaching teams, as well as instructing
students in collaborative learning.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the use of technology in the classroom. Teachers
work with Macbook laptops, and Ipads. Our Teachers are familiar with digital curriculum,
based on subject matter.
GLAD Training is preferred but not necessary. Our Teachers are required to participate in
consistent training and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
