About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head for Private Wealth Strategic Initiatives and Change Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving strategic initiatives and change management within the private wealth business. This includes overseeing transformation across operating models, technology platforms, and process redesigns to ensure regulatory compliance and business enhancement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, developing and implementing training and communication strategies, and championing efficiency, scalability, and client experience improvements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a relevant field, and a minimum of 12 years of experience in wealth management or related fields. The role requires proven expertise in cross-functional business transformation, change management, and a strong knowledge of regulatory environments affecting wealth management. The Head will be expected to have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. An ownership mentality, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to delivering solutions are also essential for this position.
