About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Wealth Management Marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness, coordinating and implementing business strategy, and driving organizational priorities. This role involves central reporting and governance, headcount and budget management, and representing the CMO in discussions with various stakeholders. The COO will also support the CMO in the day-to-day running of the marketing organization, analyze and execute complex initiatives, and lead process improvement and project management across multiple teams. Building and managing relationships, maintaining the financial health of the organization, and executing against the CMO's priorities are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the COO role should have 8-10+ years' of experience in marketing, digital platforms, product management, or program management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, as well as strong analytical abilities and robust process management skills. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. The COO will be expected to have a proven ability to develop trust and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and to drive initiatives in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization.
