Overview

We are seeking a resourceful and technically skilled EDI Product Owner with hands-on experience in Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) to manage and deliver EDI solutions across our trading partner network. Responsibilities also include ERP consumption of EDI into iSeries using RPG programming and DB2 database. This role combines product ownership, project coordination, EDI and iSeries development. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, mapping, and delivery of EDI transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for EDI initiatives, managing priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and trading partners to gather requirements and translate them into development tasks.
• Maintain a backlog of EDI enhancements and onboarding requests.
• Build and maintain EDI integrations using Cleo CIC Studio and Cockpit.
• Develop EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT), configure trading partner profiles, and manage communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN).
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions using Cleo dashboards and logs.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, or other scripting tools.
• Develop and maintain ERP consumption of EDI using RPG programming and DB2 database.
• Coordinate onboarding and delivery activities across internal and external teams.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document processes and maintain reusable components for future integrations.
• Support trading partner onboarding and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate clearly with nontechnical stakeholders and external contacts.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all EDI participants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC Studio, CIC Cockpit).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with RPG programming and DB2 database.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, SFTP).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix production issues.
• Adept at testing solutions ahead of production cutover.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with iSeries ERP systems from an integration perspective.
• Cleo training or certifications a plus.
