About The Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of a complaint and carrying out a full assessment of a customer's journey to be able to effectively resolve any dispute.
  • You will need to be proactive in exploring and providing solutions to customers
  • Provide assistance to teams across the business.
  • Identify improvements from across the business, whether this be from a showroom appointment to a delivery or installation.
  • Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience.
  • Feedback to key business stakeholders on complaint progression and resolution timescales
About You

Desired skills and knowledge:
  • Complaint handling experience
  • Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Helpfulness and a customer-first attitude
  • The passion to take ownership and stick with an issue until it is resolved
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
