Job Description

Our client, a leading metal fabrication company, is seeking a CNC Lathe Setup / Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Setup / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Lathe Setup / Operator

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $27

What's the Job?

• Independently set up, program, and operate lathe and other equipment.
• Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
• Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of machining experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.
