We are looking to hire individuals that are interested in a career with lots of growth potential and enjoy working outside.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean/valid driver's license. CDL a major plus.
• Drug tests are administered as well as background checks.
• We are looking for someone with some experience in the tree climbing business.
• Be able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Hard working, pays attention to details, professional

Responsibilities:

• Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies
• Learn all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader.
• Assist in removal of trees, pruning, and thinning throughout tree canopy.
• Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, etc.
• Collect debris and refuse from tree trimming and removal operations. Load debris and refuse onto trucks and haul it away for disposal.

*Compensation will be based on experience*

• $15 for no experience
• $16-$20 for some experience
• $21+ for proficient Arborist or certified Arborist
