Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Associate to support the senior leaders of our Digital & Analytics teams, within the Financial Advisor Services division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping others succeed! You’ll be joining a team of thoughtful, driven leaders who care deeply about their people and the impact of their work!

[The base salary is $40,000 - $70,000 determined by skills and experience.]

Core Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive administrative support to four senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

• Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Manages logistics for team meetings, offsites, and events, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.

• Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Serves as a liaison between leaders and internal/external partners.

• Supports onboarding of new team members and coordination of team communications.

• Orders and inventories department office supplies as needed. Monitors expenditures.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting multiple leaders. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

• Associate's degree or related degree preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a dedication to team success.
