Duties: Coordinate with Administrative staff to obtain required documentation and information for Finance/Accounting operations. QuickBooks data entry, including invoice preparation and generation; billing entries (accounts payables and receivables) File Management, including collecting, scanning filing of physical and electronic financial and other related documents. All other tasks as required. Skills: Basic level of proficiency with QuickBooks Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy High level of integrity and trustworthiness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
