Location: Elmwood Park, New Jersey
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (flexibility required up to 12:00 AM and occasional Saturdays)
Job SummaryThe Second Shift Site Manager will lead and coordinate all second shift operations across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety departments in a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a safe, productive work environment while driving performance and fostering team engagement. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
